Retreat Terms & Conditions


Thank you for your interest in attending Nourish. Honor. Play. – A Whole Being Self-Care Retreat.

Please be advised that your attendance is not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation email from Honey Grace Lopez ( and your deposit has been received. 

Payment Details

A $500 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is refundable until December 1st, 2021. The balance of all retreat fees must be received by January 1st, 2022, unless other payment arrangements have been made in the form of a payment plan. If they are not, your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and your deposit forfeited.

The retreat fee covers accommodations, all onsite meals and workshop offerings. It does not include flights, airport transfers, insurance, visas, optional local gratuities or extra-curricular activities you may wish to enjoy outside of the designated retreat schedule. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for these themselves. It is strongly recommended that participants consider taking out travel insurance to cover against cancellation, delays, medical issues and any such other losses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This $500 deposit and approved application will hold your chosen spot and chosen bed. This deposit is refundable until December 1, 2021. After that, any deposits and payments become non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and the refund window has passed, the teacher will do her best to fill your spot with another paying client to be able to offer a reduced refund.

Your deposit and any payments made are transferable to another participant (of your own finding and with approval of the retreat leader) up to one week prior to retreat. If you choose to transfer your place to another person, you are solely responsible for making those arrangements. You are also responsible for advising Honey Grace Lopez of the change. The replacement attendee must then complete the standard registration process, be approved by the retreat leader and accept the standard Terms and Conditions.

Honey Grace Lopez reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time. In this event any monies paid will be fully refunded, without further obligation. Honey Grace Lopez is not responsible for any travel costs, arrangements or other losses or damages incurred as a result of such cancellation.

If the retreat is cancelled due to Covid19 or other reason outside of the retreat leader's control, then any monies returned to the retreat leader will be refunded to the attendees.


Yoga, meditation and spiritual practices are founded on self-awareness and self-responsibility. Retreat participants are required to take full responsibility for honoring the limits of their own physical, mental and emotional capabilities. Participants are responsible for exercising the discernment necessary to ensure their personal well-being while following, or deciding not to follow, any guidance offered as part of the retreat setting. Participants are responsible for advising Honey Grace Lopez of any such physical, mental or emotional limitations or other relevant concerns regarding their personal well-being. In registering for the retreat you confirm that you accept responsibility for informing Honey Grace Lopez of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your practice prior to the retreat commencing, as well as any condition, illness, injury or otherwise sustained during the retreat itself. You understand that you participate in yoga, cooking and art classes, excursions (hiking, swimming, etc.), meditation and spiritual practices at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained. In submitting your retreat application, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
