Honey Grace Holistic
Whole Being Self-Care for Mind, Body & Spirit
About Me
Honey has been drawn to the world of healing and wellness for as long as she can remember. She completed trainings in both Reiki and Energy Reading by the time she was 16. During her work as a doula when in her 20s, Honey discovered her love for holding space and empowering clients as she supported hundreds of families as they transitioned into parenthood.
Honey took her first yoga class during her early childhood from her mother and has continued her studies ever since, completing her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2013, and incorporating additional training in Restorative yoga into both her personal and professional practices. With yoga came the world of Ayurveda and the Dhyana Center in Sebastopol, CA, where Honey further developed her understanding of food as medicine and dis-ease prevention through self-care.
After years of working for others in the field of Corporate Communications, Marketing and Sales, Honey could no longer deny the call to step fully into the healing arts, and so she rounded out her studies with a certification in Neurotransformational Coaching as well as certificates in French Culinary and Pastry. She founded Nourish. Honor. Play. ® after embarking on her own Whole Being healing journey and now teaches this approach to clients seeking clarity and support as they walk their own healing and self-discovery journeys.
Honey calls Sonoma County home, though her heart and body spend as much time as possible in Maui, New Orleans and on the road with her musician husband and sweet little dog, Liliko'i.
