Honey has been drawn to the world of healing and wellness since a young age. She had completed trainings in both Reiki and Energy Reading by the time she was 16. In her 20s, she discovered her love for holding space and empowering clients as she supported hundreds of families as a childbirth educator and birth doula.
A yoga practitioner since taking her first class from her mother as a youth, Honey took her first Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2013, and has continued her studies ever since, incorporating additional trainings in Shaktirize and Restorative yoga into both her personal and professional practices. With yoga came the world of Ayurveda, where Honey further developed her understanding of food as medicine and prevention through self-care.
A number of years spent working in the corporate world helped her see more clearly where her heart's true path led, and so she rounded out her studies with a certification in Neurotransformational Coaching as well as French Culinary and Pastry studies. Now she offers Transformational Coaching, Yoga Instruction and Holistic Culinary services to clients seeking clarity and support as they walk their own healing and self-discovery journeys.
Honey calls Sonoma County home, though her heart and body spend as much time as possible in Maui, New Orleans and on the road with her musician husband and sweet little dog.
